Housing Advice
We have a Call Centre that provides housing advice to employees by trained Housing Advisors in the language they are most comfortable. The housing advice provided focuses on helping employees to:
Determine their credit worthiness and ability to afford a house financially. Our key focus is to ensure that employees do not overcommit themselves and can undertake a housing transaction in a sustainable manner that does not put them under financial
stress.
Determine what kind of housing transaction they want to
undertake and what the pathway to achieve it is.
Determine how much funding they require including the estimated cost of buying a house or planned building or renovation work.
Designing an Individual Housing Action Plan to achieve home ownership either immediately or by following a supported pathway to overcome credit worthiness or other challenges that will lead to home ownership in the future.
