In instances when a Company is providing grant or loan funding to employees to support them in accessing home ownership, we provide support in managing the grant or loan disbursement.

To do this we will set up a dedicated account for that Company in line with the Banks Act of 1994. No payments are made directly to the employee but rather to service providers, as part of the housing transaction for example to conveyancers, builders, material suppliers etc.

We offer a range of inspection options to ensure that the grant or loan is spent as was intended. Inspection options include technical building inspections, verification inspections and self-reported progress.

A dedicated account is set up for every employee that is allocated a grant or loan and payments are only made when the employee authorizes it.

Audited compliance procedures are followed for every disbursement so as to ensure that zero leakage occurs and that the agreed housing outcome is achieved.
